HOW TO CREATE DOC WITH CANVA

1. Sign In/Sign Up:

   • Go to the Canva website (www.canva.com) and sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, you'll need to sign up.
2. • Once logged in, Canva will present you with the home page top menus. Choose spotlight under spotlight choose docs" and begin to create your document.
   • if you do not want to create from scratch, you can do the following:

   Choose a Template: Once logged in, Canva will present you with various template categories. Choose a category that fits your document type."
   
   
   Select a Layout: Browse through the available templates within the chosen category. Click on a template that suits your needs.
   
   
   Edit the Document: Once the template is loaded, you can start editing. Canva provides an intuitive drag-and-drop interface. Click on text boxes, images, or any other elements to edit or replace them.
   
   
   Add Elements: To customize your document further, you can add elements like text, images, icons, shapes, and more. Use the left-hand sidebar to explore and add these elements.
   
   
   Change Fonts and Colors: Modify the font styles, sizes, and colors to match your preferences and the document's purpose.
   
   
   Download or Share: Once you're satisfied with your document, you can download it in various formats (PDF, PNG, JPEG, etc.) or share it directly from Canva.
